As I'm typing quotes that include contractions, quotation marks, and dashes, they seem to either sometimes get converted properly perhaps based on if i stop typing for a second and wait. But if you type at normal speed, it appears to not properly correct them with the proper quotes or dashes.

I looked at it seemed like the standard system substitutions menu was absent, so maybe the app is doing it itself instead or maybe has many other functions executing while you're typing that is causing the standard system to go slower than normal?

Here's a screenshot of the substitution options for apps that are primarily text-handling apps. This menu doesn't exist in Quotes app and I think should.
